Sharing what I have learned
Having been a fractured woman myself, I have had to learn how to address the many traumatized parts of my own life so that I could try to function and become a productive member of society. As part of my reconstruction, I have been clean and sober 30 years and I bring a lot of field experience to the coaching session. I am well acquainted with poor decisions so you won't have to concerned with judgement!
Having been a licensed therapist in Michigan for the last ten years, I am deeply passionate about helping women find and address the issues that stand in the way of their ability to achieve the true happiness and healing they so desire.
