My Story
From Broken to Free, and Now Walking With You
There was a time when I was a very broken woman. My past choices, secrets, and behaviors followed me everywhere. Slowly, with honesty and hard work, I learned how to address the many damaged parts of my life.
Today I have been clean and sober for 30 years, and I bring a lot of real-life field experience with poor decisions into every conversation. I know what it feels like to be haunted, and I know the way through.
For the last 10 years I have served as a licensed therapist in Michigan. Now, through my new coaching practice, I help people face their mistakes and make peace with the very issues that haunt them every day.
